Building Professionals is a bespoke building company established in 2011, serving Sydney’s North Shore and surrounding areas. Our work spans new homes, major renovations and additions, investment-property renovations and Class 3 accommodation projects.

We deliberately take on a limited number of projects each year so we can stay closely involved in each build. This gives us time to coordinate the work carefully, resolve technical challenges and give important decisions and construction details the attention they deserve.

We begin by understanding what matters to each project: the architectural intent, the constraints of the site, the technical demands and the client’s priorities. From there, we plan and build with these considerations in view, carrying the design through to construction with care and precision.

Andrew Willows is a licensed NSW builder with more than 30 years of experience in the building industry.

His work spans traditional and contemporary residential architecture, complex renovations, investment property developments and larger projects with demanding regulatory requirements. This breadth of experience equips him to navigate the challenges of bespoke builds and translate individual design visions into carefully executed homes.

Andrew has a particular interest in high-performance, healthy homes. As a certified Passive House tradesperson with specialist training in healthy building materials, he brings practical knowledge to Building Professionals’ work with clients and consultants seeking more comfortable, energy-efficient and healthier places to live.
